There are 78 chambers of 100-150 MT capacity each with independent computerised controls for Temperature (0.50 C to ambient) and Gaseous mix in the chamber (i.e., Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide percentage in the air inside the chambers). The storage protocols can be independently controlled for each chamber as required for storage of the product being stored.
