The facility has a capacity of 12,000 MT. The capacity is in the form of 78 Chambers of 150
MT each (this may vary depending on the material to be stored). The storage protocols that
can be maintained are as under;
- Temperature - 0.5° C to ambient.
- Relative Humidity (RH) - Up to 90%
- Oxygen – 1-2 %
- CO2 – 1-2 %.
Each Chamber can have unique storage protocols, depending on the product being stored,
e.g., Apple and Kiwi are stored at 1-2° C, whereas, Dates and Oranges are stored at 4-5° C.
The protocols desired by the client can be set for their respective cargo in a particular chamber.
